Greetings!  I am Jennine Amato, a certified massage therapist and personal fitness trainer serving Boulder and the surrounding region.  As a bodyworker, my objective is to facilitate your path towards health and well-being on all levels, by means of your own body’s capacity to heal.  I say facilitate because I  merely offer tools and a philosophy by which healing can take place.  Ultimately, your healing comes from you.  Through hands-on work, education, and raising awareness to your internal processes all aspects of your being become available for exploring your needs for health and wellness.
